The Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in managing all contracts related to the provision of manpower services to our clients. This includes negotiating, drafting, and finalizing contracts for staffing, recruitment, and other workforce solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure that contracts meet client needs while also aligning with company objectives and policies. Strong negotiation skills, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience in the staffing industry are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure contracts with clients for manpower services, including staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored contract proposals.
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or deviations as they arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and disputes, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and identify future business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments affecting manpower services, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or Human Resources is preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management within the staffing or recruitment industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex legal and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
